By choosing this lifestyle, residents can benefit from the many hotel services for an additional fee.
The duration of the rental contracts is a minimum of two years. The rent will be indexed annually according to the variations of the BT01 index with a minimum of 5% per year. The rent is payable quarterly in advance by direct debit. Security deposit equal to 3 months' rent. The rent includes all charges: water, electricity, heating, air conditioning, common charges of the residence, parking, cellar, concierge and valet parking service 7 days a week, access to the swimming pool, the lagoon and the fitness center of the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel. Possibility of cleaning on request for an hourly charge.
