Furnished apartment in a very high standing hotel residence. The rental price includes 5% of charges, 15% for service, 10% VAT, insurance, water, electricity, ADSL internet, air conditioning, heating, daily cleaning of the apartment (dishes won't be washed), changing of the bed linen twice a week, free access to the hotel’s swimming pool, to the fitness and solarium. 20 % of discount on any invoices for food and drinks ordered to room service, as well as on the hotel’s laundry and dry cleaning services. The rental includes : very luxurious furniture, a kitchenette with appliances, utensils, dishes, crockery, cable TV with 102 channels, towels and bed linen. You can benefit from all other services available in Fairmont Monte Carlo with your contribution. Arrivals on 1st of each month after 1:00 p.m. Departures on the last day of each month before 12:00 p.m. Extra bed : 560 € per month. Parking fees : 400 € per month. Upon request a small dog or cat can be accepted for an extra charge of 360 € per month. Deposit will be refund after inventory on your departure.
